Return & Exchange Policy
Product appreciation period:
From the time the product arrives in your hands, you have a 7-day product appreciation period (7 days including holidays). Items returned within the appreciation period must be in new condition and in complete packaging. Return and exchange instructions:

Returns cannot be accepted in the following cases:

Return Process:

Refund instructions:
Credit card payer: After confirming that the return is successful, the payment will be directly refunded to the original payment credit card account.
